The basics

These terms cover your use of axtellsdetailing.com and any detailing service you book with Axtell's Detailing. By using the site or booking a detail, you're agreeing to them. I've kept them short and honest, the same way I run the business.

What I do

I'm a mobile detailing service based in Sugar Land, Texas, serving Fort Bend County. I come to your home or office and detail your vehicle right in your driveway or parking spot. All I need is a water spigot, an outlet, and a spot to park next to the vehicle. You don't need to be home for most services.

Quotes and booking requests

The prices on this site are my standard rates and honest starting points. Every appointment begins with a quick walkthrough of your vehicle together, and that walkthrough confirms the final price before any work starts. When you submit the booking or quote form, your request is in, but it isn't a confirmed appointment yet. I personally review and confirm every request by text or call within 24 hours.

Extra work, always discussed first

Some conditions take real extra time: heavy staining across multiple seats, heavy embedded pet hair, strong odors, that kind of thing. When they apply, I'll tell you at the walkthrough and get your okay before I start. Never mid-job, never after the fact.

Payment

You pay when the job is done, after we've walked the finished vehicle together, cash or card. If something isn't right, point it out at that final walkthrough and I'll fix it before I leave.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and weather

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call or text me as early as you can and we'll find a new day, no drama. It works both ways: I work outdoors, so storms or unsafe heat can force me to reschedule too. If that happens I'll reach out as early as possible and get you the next opening.

Your vehicle's condition

At the start of every appointment we walk the vehicle together and I document pre-existing damage, like scratches, chips, and dents, with photos. Detailing makes a dramatic difference, but I never promise 100% removal of stains, scratches, or paint defects. The goal is significant, honest improvement while protecting your paint and interior for the long run.

If something goes wrong

I treat every vehicle like it's my own. If you believe the service caused damage, tell me at the final walkthrough, or contact me within 48 hours with photos, and I'll work with you directly to make it right. To keep things fair for a small business, my total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and I'm not responsible for pre-existing damage we documented at the walkthrough or for indirect losses.

Personal items

For interior services I gather your belongings and return them neatly to the front passenger seat. Please remove valuables, firearms, and anything irreplaceable before your appointment. I can't take responsibility for valuables left in the vehicle.

Ceramic coating aftercare

Ceramic coating needs a cure window. Keep the vehicle under covered parking for the first 24 hours, skip washing for 7 days, and never run a coated vehicle through an automatic car wash. I walk you through all of it when the job's done, and it's in your follow-up email. Coating problems caused by skipping the aftercare aren't covered.

Text messages

If you share your number and agree to texts, I'll text you about quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups, and the occasional offer. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to opt out or HELP for help. How I handle your number is covered in the Privacy Policy.

This website

The content on this site, including the photos of my work and the Axtell's Detailing name and logo, belongs to Axtell's Detailing. Don't reuse it commercially without asking. I keep the site as current as I can, but if a price or detail here is ever out of date, the price we confirm at your walkthrough is the one that counts.

The legal basics

These terms are governed by Texas law, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas. If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement for using the site and booking standard services.
