Axtell's Detailing is a veteran owned mobile detailing business based in Sugar Land, Texas, owned and run by me, Austin Axtell. This page explains what information I collect when you use this website or book a detail, what I do with it, and the choices you have. Questions about any of it? Call, text, or email me any time. That's it. I collect what running a small detailing business requires, nothing more.
When you give me your phone number through the quote form or in conversation, you're agreeing that I can text you about your quote and your appointments. That includes confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and the occasional offer. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Or just tell me. I'm the one reading them.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
If you book with me, you'll get service emails about your appointment: a confirmation, a reminder, and a follow-up after the job. I may also send occasional marketing emails, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribing from marketing never affects the appointment emails for a job you've booked.
This site uses cookies, which are small files your browser stores. They help me understand how the site is used and whether my advertising works.
I advertise on Google. To know whether those ads actually bring in quote requests, this site uses Google's conversion tracking and tag tools. That means third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and to measure when an ad leads to a quote request.

Like most small businesses, I use a few trusted platforms to run things. They process your information on my behalf and handle it under their own privacy policies:
I share your information with these providers only so they can do those jobs for me. I never hand it to anyone so they can market to you.
Plain and simple: I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Not to data brokers, not to marketers, not to anyone. If that ever changed, this policy would be updated first and you'd have the chance to opt out.
I take before and after photos of every job for my records. Some of that work ends up on my website and Google profile, but only with the owner's permission. I'll always ask you before your vehicle shows up in my marketing, and license plates and anything personal stay out of public shots.
This site and my services aren't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent me personal information, contact me and I'll delete it.
I keep customer records while we have a business relationship and for as long as tax and business rules reasonably require. Everything lives in the password protected systems listed above, with access limited to what running the business requires. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, but I keep it tight and I don't collect anything I don't need.
Want to know what I have on file about you? Want something corrected or deleted? Call, text, or email me and I'll take care of it, usually the same day. Opting out of marketing texts and emails works instantly and never affects a service you've already booked.
If I update this policy, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date at the top. If a change is significant, I'll give existing customers a heads up by email.
