No sales pitch and no jargon. Real answers to the questions people actually ask me in their driveway, including the ones where the answer is no.
Every page here started as a question a customer actually asked me. What is the difference between this and a car wash. Why does it cost that much. Will the stain come out. Is a ceramic coating worth it or is that a scam. They are fair questions and they deserve a real answer rather than a brochure.
If what you want to know is not covered here, call or text and ask. I would rather answer it straight than have you guess, and questions worth answering usually end up as a page.
What a detail actually is, how it differs from a car wash, and how to tell which service your vehicle needs.
What Detailing CostsEvery service and every vehicle size, in writing. What moves the number, and what a cheap detail really costs you.
What Is Ceramic Coating? What a coating is, what it genuinely does, what it will not do, and whether it makes sense on your vehicle.
What Is Paint Correction?Where swirl marks come from, what machine polishing removes, and what no amount of polishing will ever fix.
Pet Hair, Stains & OdorsWhat lifts out of an interior, what only improves, and exactly when a job costs more than the listed price.
What to Expect on Detail DayFrom the request to the final walkthrough. What I bring, what I need from you, and when you pay.
Texas Heat & Your CarSun, hard water, love bugs, and a hundred degree parking lot. What each one does, and what actually prevents it.
All Services & PricingThe four services, what is included in each, the add-ons worth asking about, and the full price ladder.
(832) 652-1295 reaches me directly. It is the fastest way to get an answer about your specific vehicle, usually the same day.
If the question is about a stain, a scratch, or how bad something actually is, two photos get you a far better answer than any description can.
Austin Axtell, the owner. Every vehicle is worked on by the same person you talked to on the phone, which is the reason the walkthrough at the start and the walkthrough at the end are with the person who did the work. Axtell's Detailing is veteran owned and operated, and I served in the United States Air Force before starting it.
No, and I would rather be straight about that than have it be a surprise on the day. I bring all the equipment, the products, the hoses, and the towels. What I need from the location is a water spigot, an outdoor electrical outlet, and a parking spot with room to work around the vehicle.
Tell me at the final walkthrough, before I pack up and before you pay. That walkthrough exists specifically so anything you are not happy with gets addressed while I am still standing there with the equipment out. If something is not right, I will make it right.
Pricing is published in full rather than quoted in private, so you can look it up yourself on the pricing page. For anything unusual, send a couple of photos and I will give you a real number. Whatever the number is, it gets confirmed with you at the walkthrough before any work starts.
Call or text and ask. If you already know what you need, the services and pricing page has everything laid out, or send a request and I will confirm the day with you within 24 hours.
